Even before July 19 2020 which trump said I'll see on the outcome of the election he began casting doubt on the final results if not favored for him any hints/signs prior to july?

He said the same thing before the 2016 election when it looked like he was heading for defeat. Unfortunately, I think fewer people would have believed him then since the Republican Party was less united behind him and he wouldn't have been able to do as much damage without the presidency.

And also he said Voter fraud was everywhere and downplayed actual voter fraud after a North Carolina house race in 2018

He said the same thing about his very first election ever, the GOP caucuses in Iowa, where he accused Ted Cruz of winning by fraud:

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-trump-cruz/trump-accuses-cruz-of-stealing-iowa-caucuses-through-fraud-idUSKCN0VC1Z6

and now that slimy sniveling little loser Cruz trumpets his bogus 2020 fraud claims.

I've read that Trump actually fully expected to lose in 2016, and was planning on delivering a brief concession speech on election night.

Looking for "hints" that Trump would dispute an election loss is like looking for hints that he would back immigration restrictions. It's always been something he's been very open about, as long as he's been a presidential candidate. Oh wow, he did the thing he consistently said he would do? Really cracked that mystery wide open
