Corporate taxes should be abolished, or at least greatly lowered, and instead dividends should be taxed at like 70%. Combining this with a progressive but preferential treatment of capital gains would incentivize companies to generate returns to shareholders through investment, rather than merely distributing cash, which would benefit the broader economy.

I'd go further. If you win $50,000 on a game show you should be able to keep every cent of that.
