Did McGovern, Carter, Mondale, Dukakis, Gore, or Kerry endorse anyone during the primary race?

Kerry endorsed Obama right after the NH primary--somewhat meaningful as Kerry was the previous nominee.  It received a good amount of publicity and did stall some of the momentum after Hillary's victory in NH.

Also, Carter endorsed Obama sometime well into the primary season.

Gore backed Obama privately (Obama offered not to run in ‘08 if Gore did) however he didn’t endorse until after Obama had won the nomination to avoid the circus it would have caused.

Ferraro endorsed Clinton, though I know that's not quite what you're looking for.

Kerry and Mondale endorsed Obama. If what the others mentioned is correct, then Carter and Gore voted for Obama as well. Dukakis did not endorse either.
