I am Italian and I would be most likely to date a fellow Italian, so not only the answer is yes (but I am bicameral), but also I am perfectly bicameral and I would date someone also perfectly bicameral. Thank the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate I guess.

Similar to New Hampshire.  The upper house is reasonably sized, but the lower house is almost as big as your mom’s.
