I don't know much about Bukele, but I'd rank the other ones from best to worst:

1. Sanna Marin
-- large gap --
2. Sebastian Kurz
-- another large gap --
3. Irakli Gharibashvili
-- giant gap --
4. Kim Jong Un

Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

Geez louise, what an uninspiring lot. I guess Marin seems okay.

Kim is obviously the worst but Bukele is the one who's bad in the most classically Millennial ways.

1. Sanna Marin—standard social democrat, however the loss of the local Finnish elections shows that she isn’t producing the gains for the hype she got.
2. Kim Jong Un—this will be unnecessarily controversial, but the major wins in style and development of the DPRK from a malformed Junta with a godking to a bog of the mill bureaucratic dictatorship is a major thing to do in a few years.
3. Nayib Bukele—he had style for a thief
4. Irashkli Garibishlaveli—a failure in not only burning bridges with their immediate southern neighbors, but hitching themselves as slaves to Turkey and Russia
5. Sebastian Kurz—a hollow suit that is exposing himself for the runt it was evident that he was.

Surprised Ardern doesn't make the cut. But yeah, Marin seems right.

this will be unnecessarily controversial, but
consider: what if it's necessarily controversial?

Given that most people see North Korea as a joke about starvation and totalitarianism, speaking the objective truth on the major steering away of the Juche model and the development of the economy now should be interesting.

I'm a big fan of Sanna Marin!

I agree with what you say about North Korea. If you're in the position of KJU it isn't easy to do that, but that still makes life in North Korea horrible at this point, but I hope they'll continue in that direction and some day re-unite with that other Korea.

It's 1982, not 1981. It's called the Millennial Generation because its people would not reach age 18 until the new millennium.

I guess it has to be Sanna Marin. I'm not a huge fan, but she's overall good.

I would also like to point out, however, that Jacinda Ardern Purple heart is an almost-Millennial, born in 1980.
