Yes. He treats posters with whom he disagrees in a polite way, and does not allow politics to get in the way of doing the best he can to be a kind person. That is the litmus test for me as to the "nice guy" test. You want to flunk my "nice guy" test? Just be a bully who piles on someone with a sincerely held but unpopular view who has not yet honed their skills to the degree necessary to fend off the pack of jackals looking for easy eats in an effective way.
