I'm sure he's nice enough but he does, nevertheless, still have the misspelling "hero's" in his signature despite the error being brought to his attention in the past.  Until he learns the correct use of apostrophes and changes his signature his signature to read "heroes" I shall be forced to withhold judgement.  Good day to you, sir.
