This does not mean social conservative or religious conservative; I am genuinely curious if anyone here is of the belief that any church or religious institution should be running the government (directly or indirectly), or that only members of a particular religious institution should be allowed in government.

I really don't know anyone here who does, but Tom/Thomas from NJ probably fits that label best.

afaik "Dominionist" is not a term anyone uses to describe themselves in this context, but an identifier used most often by opponents.  The term used by adherents is "Christian Reconstructionist."
