more negative, by a fair amount.  Everything isn't infrastructure and I was hoping his pledge to spend 83 gabjillion dollars was just to get greedy dummies to vote for him, but alas....he seems to be trying to test the current (ignorant) theory that federal debt doesn't matter, no matter how big it gets.
