Was the 2020 U.S. Presidential election in Georgia the first time that the majority of people voting for the winning candidate in any U.S. state (exc. D.C.) were Black or African American? What about any state in the Deep South?
What are the political, demographic, and cultural implications of the Democratic Party winning the U.S. state of Georgia?

Racial breakdown of votes for each candidate in Georgia, 2020:
Georgia Biden voters: 54% Black, 38% White, 4% Latino, 4% Other
Georgia Trump voters: 90% White, 4% Black, 2% Latino, 4% Other
Total Electorate: 64% White, 29% Black, 3% Latino, 4% Other

Maybe Maryland 2016 or 2020?

Maryland whites are extremely liberal, very much unlike Georgia whites. Biden won them in 2020 though I'm not sure about the margins in 2016.

Too large of a gap for it to be 2016, 2012, or even 2008, especially as Maryland's black population is gaining in proportion

Yeah, MD is one of the most urban/suburban states in the nation, so I can easily see its white population voting blue.

The majority of Carter voters in 1976 Mississippi were most likely Black, maybe some Clinton 1992/96 states as well?
