Including Friedberg and Seltzer movies is basically cheating. If you're going to I've heard that Vampires Suck is the worst one though, as their previous movies at least usually had a really funny actor and/or actress who tried their best as horrendous as the source material was...while Vampires Suck was a zero effort work all around. Furthermore Vampires Suck requires that one be extensively familiar with the Twilight series in order to even get most of the references or "jokes", which is a pretty odd thing to have for a movie that was presumably aimed at Twilight haters.

I know that Friedberg and Seltzer “movies” barely qualify as movies, but I can’t think of a single other product that I definitely call “the worst”, as I don’t usually go out of my way to watch terrible movies.

No. The genuinely worst movie of the 21st century is very hard to say, there are so many and I've probably seen most of them. But I have a high tolerance for bad movies, so my opinion may not reflect the mainstream.

I actually don’t remember a single scene from those DCEU movies. I recall the original Suicide Squad being shocking in its repulsiveness, though I never even finished it.

This movie is also a case where I'd say the critic scores aren't always the best way to judge a movie. It has a strong favorable rating from the audience on RT. (250,000 vs just 172 critics).

I really don't remember that being an actual bad movie. It made a decent amount of money for what kind of movie it was, even though it was panned by critics. The dumbest thing about Batman v Superman is that its title uses the wrong abbreviation for "versus" and makes it sound like a court case as opposed to a cage match.
