Delaware, Rhode Island, New Mexico.

Probably any safe D state that's not directly tied to a major metro area.  So maybe even Vermont, although that's a special case because it's full of a lot of New Yorkers and similar people who want to live in the country.

I actually expect California to trend somewhat Republican over the next 20-30 years, but not nearly enough to actually flip the state.
