It's possible but not a sure thing.  Regardless, all signs point toward it being significantly weakened. 

Assuming SCOTUS allows this to go into effect, the most interesting thing will be whether Roberts dissents.  Next most interesting is whether Kav and/or Barrett write separately.

My understanding of this case is that it's not a blanket ban on abortions after 6 weeks, but instead a provision protecting the right to legal action against anybody who "aids and abets" (or whatever) an abortion after 6 weeks. Would a civil case against a doctor, then, have to be what goes to SCOTUS in order to affect Roe v. Wade?
