Mr. Cuomo at least didn't try to overturn an election in a violent coup attempt and neither has called KKK members & nazis great people. He's still a corrupt sexual harasser though. That said, the orange buffoon is undoubtedly worse. Much worse.

Cuomo actually admitted his wrongdoing and resigned, which Trump should've done way back in 2017.

To be fair, the only reason Cuomo resigned was because he was under gigantic pressure from Democrats, and he knew that a.) nothing was going to get passed and nothing was going to get done and b.) he was about to get impeached if he stayed. The reason Cuomo resigned is very similar to the reason Richard Nixon resigned, actually.

 With Trump, he didn't resign because he knew that no matter what, the unprincipled cult that is the GOP would not allow its senators to vote to convict him - that his, he may be impeached by the Democratic House Majority (like he was, twice!), but in the Senate, the GOP will ensure that Trump doesn't actually get convicted.

Basically, Cuomo had absolutely nothing to lose by resigning, whereas Trump would be forfeiting the presidency even though he had a choice.

Of course, both Cuomo and Trump should have resigned.
