I’ll say NE-01, very narrowly, in part due to regional appeal.

CA-48 or PA-07?
PA-07

NY-22 or IA-02

NY-22. He would be seen as a fairly standard Republican and that district is more Republican than IA-02 despite the close House race.

TX-22 or TX-23?
TX-23. He would be seen as too #populist.

SC-01 or UT-04?

As a resident of NY-22, he would definitely do better here than NY-01, because he is a populist.

I say NC-01 by default because you would never run in NC-12 out of respect for your heroine Alma Adams, but in reality you would have more appeal with Charlotte urbanites.

Suppose I run in the Republican primary - would I do better in New York's 15th or Massachusetts's 2nd?

MA-2.

AZ-7 or CO-1? General election.
CO-1

OH-13 or MI-05?
