NC-13, probably. Considering NC-03 used to be Walter Jonestown, even with his own socon tinge, I can't imagine that someone who's dumb enough to think that Republicans can stop "transgenderism" would do better there than in Buddland. Of course, he'd break 60% in both, but still.

In a Democratic primary, NC-12 or NC-01?

I say NC-01 by default because you would never run in NC-12 out of respect for your heroine Alma Adams, but in reality you would have more appeal with Charlotte urbanites.

Suppose I run in the Republican primary - would I do better in New York's 15th or Massachusetts's 2nd?
