Both handled it badly  but I say Cuomo takes the cake of the person who handled it the worst given the nursing home fiasco

both awful, they both encouraged lockdowns. Cuomo I guess for longer than Trump, but Trump still did at least initially, and he can't really take back all that damage he did to the economy even though later he was like "oh i won't lock down the country" like u already kinda did.
