Here's what Hawkish and Dovish mean in this context:

Hawkish: Generally supportive of war and military interventions whenever felt is needed and also generally supportive of the country extending it's military influence.

Dovish: Generally supports peaceful solutions to conflicts as well as generally being opposed to military interventions and interventions in other countries affairs in general.

I'm definitely more on the dovish side, having opposed both the Afghanistan and Iraq wars as well as drone strikes in Pakistan and Syria no matter who was doing them. That said, I couldn't care less for the ISIS terrorists that died during the interventions and bombings.

Also, I would be opposed to any and all wars and interventions without United Nations consent.
