Whichever club buys Kane at anywhere near Spurs' valuation of him will be committing the biggest fail since Barcelona signed Coutinho. Then again, Man Utd paid £80m for Maguire and £90m for Pogba who they let go for compensation and then let go for free a second time, so maybe they are the one club dumb enough to do it.

Tbh I think Spurs are simply demanding that much for him out of spite. There's no reason to demand 100 million pounds for a player who can leave on a free transfer in a year's time.

Manchester City beat Arsenal 4-1. Arsenal's title race is slipping away from them, as their lead is down to 2 and could be behind them come Sunday when they play Fulham if they win that. Hope and pray for a big point deduction against Man City.

Good news for Gunners fans:
With Nottingham Forest beating Brighton 3-1, Arsenal are assured of Top 4, meaning that they will be in the Champions League next season for the first time since the 2016-17 season.

Yeah, they bottled it. Today was basically the title decider, but they put themselves in this position by not managing a single win in their last 3 matches while conceding 7 and losing a 2-goal lead in 2 of those matches.

Granted, they'll probably end the season on at least 80 points and were in the title race for most of the season, which is fantasyland compared to where they've been the past decade.

Yeah, I think the title is Manchester City's now

Well, as an Arsenal supporter, while I'm disappointed, I'm still happy with the season overall. I honestly didn't think this Arsenal team was even Champions League qualification level, let alone a title contender who lead the table for large chunks of the season.

Ultimately I do think Manchester City have the more talented team, which explains why they've caught up and most likely will win the title now (I'd be surprised if they didn't).

But Arsenal have come a long way and their performance this season gives me hope for next season. I think with a bit of improvement and additions to the squad, Arsenal could maybe actually win next season.

This isn't 2016, where Arsenal and Tottenham blew it against Leicester City lmao (that was inexcusable).

Both Newcastle United and Manchester United with big results in the race for the two remaining Champions League spots out of England.

Newcastle steamrolled Everton 4-1, while Manchester United fought their closest rival, Tottenham Hotspur to a 2-2 draw to remain six points ahead.

Has Manchester United done enough to make the Champions League? They beat Aston Villa 1-0 at Old Trafford, and now have a seven point lead over fifth-placed Liverpool with a game in hand (and two in hand over both Tottenham and Aston Villa, sitting nine points back in sixth and seventh respectively).

Manchester United ends the season @ Brighton and Hove Albion, @ West Ham United, vs Wolverhampton Wanderers, @ AFC Bournemouth, vs Chelsea, @ Fulham, all (except maybe Chelsea) expected to be easy wins for Manchester United.

If Liverpool win all of their last five games, they have 71 points. United are now at 63, so they need 9 more to get there for sure (one more than Liverpool, who have a better goal difference) out of 18 possible points. Winning only vs. West Ham, Wolves, and Bournemouth would already be enough. United have also played one game fewer than Newcastle, so they have a bigger chance of finishing 3rd than finishing 5th. I'd say they have a 85% chance of entering the CL by now.

I think United will end with about the same number of points (74) as in 20/21 under Solskjaer when they finished second, maybe even a few more. Actually a very decent result given the troubles that they've had.

Manchester City are back on top of the table, albeit temporarily, as they beat Fulham 2-1. Arsenal will play Chelsea Tuesday, and if Arsenal snap their 4-match winless rut, then they go back on top until at least Wednesday, as City play West Ham.

Crossing my fingers for Arsenal wins and dropped points/losses (or points deduction) for Manchester City.

With his goal against Fulham, Erling Haaland has equaled the record for Premier League goals in a season, held by Alan Shearer and Andy Cole with thirty-four.

This is the type of content we need for Sickos to get invested in the Premier League next season.

Does the Premier League have any way of preventing clubs who would otherwise earn promotion from doing so (like a license denial), because I feel like they would try that with Luton rather than let them in.

Super Frank and Stevie G - both overrated (good, but overrated) as players, both got managerial jobs way above their abilities based on their reputation in the English media, and both now finally exposed as complete jokes.

Arsenal stays alive in the Premier League title chase...for now with a 3-1 win over Chelsea, however Manchester City has two games in hand, and there really isn't a game (other than maybe Chelsea, and that's unlikely), where the Citizens are likely to drop points.

In Manchester City's 3-0 win over West Ham yesterday, Erling Haaland scored his 35th goal of the season, setting the new record for the English Premier League.

Now official: Napoli are the Italian champions. This squad is already legendary. Only a shame they couldn't go all the way in the UCL too.

Manchester United doing everything possible to make the race for fourth place taking a 1-0 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Manchester United is six points ahead of Liverpool with a game in hand.

Liverpool is at home against Brentford this weekend, while Manchester United is on the road against West Ham.

With Liverpool in form, and Manchester United's road struggles, the gap in the race for fourth could be cut to three points this weekend.

Unbelievable how United screwed up. Their massive problem is they don't have a proper finisher. I love Weghorst to bits, but he's not Manchester United starting XI material - and neither is Martial.

Ten Hag really needs to clean up the house this summer, particularly attack and defense - too mediocre. Only Shaw (except tonight...), Martinez, Varane, Casemiro, Eriksen, Fred (unexpectedly) and Bruno Fernandes have truly proven their worth this year. Dalot out, Maguire out, McTominay out, Martial out, and last chance for Sancho, Malacia, Antony, Weghorst, Wan-Bissaka, and De Gea. Varane replacement in (injured 75% of the year; Min-Jae Kim?), striker in (Kane would be a safe choice), and some positions that require more depth on the bench.

They absolutely nailed it with their summer transfers, taking the Koulibaly money and spending it to get both Kvaratskhelia and Kim.

Real Madrid is five games away from a cup double.

Tomorrow they face Osasuna in the Copa Del Rey final, and they face Manchester City in the Champions League Semifinals beginning on Tuesday.

Next Weekend, Barcelona has a chance to clinch La Liga. They need a point (correct me if I'm wrong Santander) in the Catalan Derby against Espanyol.

With Chelsea's 3-1 victory against Bournemouth, they have secured Premier League survival.
