What's your opinion of Eric Swalwell, a Democratic representative from my state?

(I initially considered him a generic enough Democrat, but upon releasing a question asking who the worst Democrat in the House was, found that Swalwell's a pretty shady character).

(On the other hand, he did file a lawsuit against Brooks for riling up the insurrectionists on January 6.)
