I don't expect WI to be easier for Dems than any of the states you've marked in blue, but the restriction of outcomes to a subset that is already favourable to them would imply they're likely to win it.

I wouldn’t have PA and AZ shaded blue. But yes- Democrats have the electoral advantage. They have had this advantage for quite some time. Republicans almost always have to run the table

Wisconsin will probably vote the same way as Pennsylvania, and I can't see Republicans winning Nevada but not Arizona.

If Biden runs for re-election (as I expect), as early as it is, I anticipate that his 2024 map will be either 2020 minus Wisconsin, 2020  plus North Carolina, or 2020 plus North Carolina but minus Wisconsin.
