UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Department just validated the photos, and the finding Bigfoot team has been deployed to Normandy Blvd. I will update as information comes in.

Jon Doe spotted a Bigfoot in the woods on the waters edge, and took these amazing photographs of the beast.

There isn't any Big Foot, or Loch Ness Mister or Giant Octopus that killed sailors in Bermuda Triangle, it's folklore and science fiction just like UFOs and aliens.


There must be a man that is by himself in the Everglades, you know where Big Foot started from Swamp Thing and John Candy and Harry and the Hendersons back in 90s

If there was a Big  Foot there should of been some deaths, just like no abductions from UFO sightings, but when you are in sleep paralysis it feels like and you can hallucinate abduction

The OP is clearly fake but being serious there are a number of different proposals why. And no, it doesn't just range across North America but there are reports of "apemen" stretching the globe - don't forget the Yeti of course but also the Yeren of China, the Orang Pendek of Indonesia, the Yowie of Australia, the rock ape of Vietnam, the Almasty of Russia, and more.

Within the bigfoot enthusiast community there's a pretty big debate going on over the exact nature of what Bigfoot is. Some think it's an undiscovered primate, others think it's more of a ghost or spirit, some think it's from an alternate reality, and some think it might be a mix of those. If you subscribe to the paranormal theories then there's an obvious explanation for why no Bigfoot corpse has been discovered. But assuming it's nothing more than a flesh-and-blood creature, the easiest explanation is they're smart creatures who bury their dead just like humans do. Bigfoot wouldn't have any natural predators, they know the woods a hundred times better than even the most hardened outdoorsman, and they seem to be fairly social and have some form of language or communication.

I'd recommend looking into Jeff Meldrum's work on primate foot morphology and specifically his analysis of Sasquatch footprints. You'll be surprised at what you find.

Bigfoot sightings have been reported since well before Harry and the Hendersons came out. It goes back to Native American reports of wild men in the wilderness and continued once European settlers arrived and up to the present day.
