A highway tunnel under the Yellow River was flooded during rush hour. There were pictures of submerged cars drifting in the water, and of dead bodies lying on the pavement. State media claimed that only two people died in that flood. That lie is far more outrageously insulting than their claim that there were only 44 cases in Wuhan.
