Backstory
Following a long and exhausting campaign season in 2019, with chaos over Brexit in Parliament, and with polls being all over the place, and with the rise and/or fall of some parties, the die is cast and thanks to the good campaign of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, and with the exit poll shocking many British voters with a projection of a hung parliament, with the poll showing Prime Minister Boris Johnson losing his seat to Ali Milani at first, shocking many viewers, the public tuned onto various news channels to watch the General Election, with some notable wins including the Prime Minister narrowly winning Uxbridge and South Ruslip, the Beast of Bolsover, Dennis Skinner winning Bolsover narrowly, the election of Richard Tice to the constituency of Hartlepool, and the successes of former Labour MPs and Change UK founders Chuka Ummuna and Luciana Berger as candidates of the Liberal Democrats. Following the election, many wonder what is next for Britain?
Rules for the Negotiations
Realism: No, there can't be a Conservative-Liberal Democrat-Brexit-Democratic Unionist coalition or a Labour-Conservative coalition, but however somewhat implausible coalitions could happen, (Labour-Brexit, Conservatives-SNP, etc.) and to contact all NPC parties, contact the GM. Should a player manage to create a government, the player will contact the GM about the government and the parties supporting or in a coalition and the policies that the government will pass.
Policies: What policies will the government try to pass? What will the Government do on Brexit, the NHS, the environment, foreign policy, etc.? Will there be an Independence referendum in Scotland, will there be further devolution, will there be electoral reform?
The Government: Every few days, I'll release a quarterly report on the approval/opinion of the government and polling in general for the elections, and for some future local/devolved elections. Other features will be introduced in the future.
