I am requesting on behalf of the Atlasian people for us to engage in a presidential debate. I would like Wulfric and DDNN to sponsor.

I suggest we have three presidential debates on August 18, September 22, and October 13.

It's mid-July. Why are we worrying about the October election when we are as close to the August Midterms as we are to the June Presidential race? Holding an Atlasian debate for October on August is like hosting an IRL 2024 Presidential debate in mid-2022.

I would be happy to host debates on September 22 and October 13.

With respect to August 18, I'm not sure at this time if the field will be set enough in time for it to make sense. I'm not ruling it out but if the field is at the same state it is today I do not think it would be appropriate.

Should also note that setting exact times for debate this far in advance is exceptionally foolish. People have lives, see, and it is more than likely things pop up in two months that we can’t foresee today.

Candidates need to retain the ability to set the best time possible among them.
