People of the Republic of Atlasia v. LouisvilleThunder

The Supreme Court of Atlasia has discussed this matter and designated Chief Justice Windjammer to preside over the trial of LouisvilleThunder, who stands accused of doxxing.
The Court reminds the defendant that he has the right to legal counsel as guaranteed  in the Fifth  Constitution. If he wishes to waive this right he should inform the Court of this.

These proceedings shall be governed according to  the Fifth Constitution of Atlasia, in conjunction with the the Criminal Justice Act of 2016 .

Should the defendant plead no guilty, the jury will be selected in the region of the South.

Should the defendant plead no contest or enter a guilty plea, the jury empanelling process will be bypassed and the presiding Justice will proceed to sentencing.

The details of the trial will be announced upon the entry of a plea and the special prosecutor and Mr. LouisvilleThunder being informed.

In the end, I couldn't wait for selecting the jury .

Once Louisville has chosen his attorney I will reveal it so the accusation and the defense will have their say regarding the composition.

Given that the attorney for the accusation has basically given up by his own admission, the court case is dismissed.
