Thankfully the rules don't provide for a motion to table by anyone other than the Speaker.

True, however nobody has sponsored it, so I'm not sure how it can go forward at the moment.

Looking like the debate period is over, I motion for a final vote. If there are no objections, voting can begin tomorrow.

This will now be opened for a final vote.

Court members have 72 hours to vote.

you voted later than 72 hours after you opened the vote and thus it should be 1-1-1

I'm not sending a 1-1-1-1 vote to the governor.

B. The presiding officer may unilaterally suspend any section of these rules at any time, unless another Deputy objects. If a Deputy objects, suspending the rules shall require the consent of two-thirds of sitting Deputies.

We are currently having issues getting a full vote total as of late. That's why I haven't been in a hurry to open and close these votes. I may just make the next vote a week instead of 72 hours.
