AN ACT

Be it enacted by the Senate of the Republic of Atlasia assembled

Section 1. Title

This legislation may be cited as the Self-Immunity Act.

Section 1. Protection from Prosecution

1. No person may be charged with a crime for possession or distribution of a nude or otherwise obscene image taken solely of themselves, regardless of the age it was taken at.
2. All persons previously charged with such an offense which falls under the circumstances described shall have the conviction wiped from their record.

Eligibility Adjustment Act

Section 3 clause 9 of the Census Act 2019 is amended to read as follows:

8. In order to be eligible to register, a poster’s Atlas Forum account must have been registered for at least one hundred and sixty-eight hours and must have accumulated at least forty twenty posts.

ANDREW JACKSON MEMORIAL BANK-KILLING ACT

1. Section 85 of the National Banking Act (NBA) 12 USC §85, which permits federally charter banks to charge interest rates in States and Regions in excess of State or Regional interest rate caps, is hereby repealed. This Act shall take effect sixty (60) days after being ratified.

1776 ACT

SECTION I: NAME
a. This act shall be known as the 1984 = 1776 Act

SECTION II: HALTING ILLUMINATI TAKEOVER OF ATLASIA
a. Beginning January 1, 2023, the design of the reverse side of all one-dollar bills produced in 2020 and thereafter shall be changed from the current design by replacing the reverse of the Great Seal with the obverse of the Great Seal.

b. Beginning January 1, 2023, all federal employees who receive more than $20 from the illuminati or Bilderberg Group in a calendar year shall be required to annually disclose such payment. 5 U.S.C. App. 1 shall be amended accordingly.

c. Beginning January 1, 2023 the maximum allowable level of fluoride allowed in drinking water subject to federal regulation shall be reduced to 0.5mg/L (0.5 ppm). 40 C.F.R. 141 shall be amended accordingly.

Kanye West Act

SECTION I: NAME
a. This act shall be known as the Kanye West Act

SECTION II: PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE
a. Upon passage of this bill, all references to "Black History Month" by the federal government of Atlasia shall be amended to refer to "Black History and Black Future Month."
b. This shall take effect for all Februaries beginning in 2023.

A Bill
To promote normal dietary practices in Atlasia

Be it enacted by the Senate of the Republic of Atlasia assembled

Section 1. Title

1. This resolution may be cited as the Promoting Healthy Eating Act.

Section 2

1. No region, state, or locality within Atlasia receiving any federal transportation funding may mandate consumption of any food or drink by its residents.
2. No school in Atlasia receiving federal funds may explicitly promote insect consumption to students.
   a. "Explicit promotion" shall not include mere academically-oriented discussions in school about insect consumption, but rather explicit, sincere encouragement from teachers, school administration, or other school staff to students to consume insects, spiders, scorpions, worms, slugs, or snails.

Section 3

1. Should any subnational or local government be found in violation of section 2.1, all federal transportation funding shall be stripped immediately until they are in compliance.
2. Should any federally funded school be found in violation of section 2.2, all federal funding shall be stripped immediately until they are in compliance.

Section 4

1. This Act shall enter into effect immediately following signature of the President.

Aiding and Abetting Treason Amendment

The Fifth Constitution shall be amended as follows, by adding the following text to article II, section 2:

Any political party advocating secession from Atlasia (whether explicitly as stated in the party's platform, or implicitly by the actions or statements of the party's chair or core leadership), may be unilaterally disbanded by an act of the Senate subject to the approval of the President. Shall this happen, all members of said party will be automatically re-registered as independents.

An Amendment

To allow more citizens to participate in governing.


Be it enacted by two-thirds of the Senate of the Republic of Atlasia assembled, and at least two-thirds of the Regions henceforth;

1. This amendment may be referred to as the Expanding Public Service Amendment

1. Article III, Section 1 of the constitution is amended as follows,

No person shall be a Senator who has not attained two hundred fifty or more posts, nor whose account is fewer than fourteen hundred and forty seven hundred and twenty hours old, nor shall any person be a regional or subregional senator who is not a citizen of the region or subregion they are chosen to represent

This amendment reduces the post and account age requirements to hold the office of senator, in order to allow a greater number of citizens to hold public office in Atlasia, especially newer citizens.

Senate Resolution

To End Selective Service

Be It Resolved in the Atlasian Senate Assembled, that upon ratification by 2/3rds of the Regions, the Fifth Constitution of Atlasia shall be amended as follows:

Section 6
Neither slavery, nor involuntary servitude, except as punishment for crimes of which the accused has been duly convicted, shall exist within the Republic of Atlasia, nor in any place under its jurisdiction, nor may any conscription into the armed forces or selective draft or other form of compulsory service be instituted. , unless approved by a public referendum in which at least three-fifths of the votes in each of the three regions are in the affirmative. The President shall have the sole authority to authorize the draft referendum.

This Constitutional Amendment prohibits selective service. Military conscription, or as it more commonly known, "the draft," is the forced enlistment of Atlasian citizens into the armed forces. Legislation had been passed some years ago to eliminate this practice, however integrating this with the First Article of the Constitution shall represent a permanent end to conscription in the Republic and reinforce our commitment to peace.

Countering Harmful Agency Operations and Surveillance Act

SENATE BILL

to extinguish the police state.

Be it enacted by the Senate of Atlasia assembled:

SECTION 1.

1.  This Act may be cited as the “Countering Harmful Agency Operations and Surveillance Act", or the "CHAOS Act”.

SECTION 2.

1. The National Security Agency shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.
2. The Central Intelligence Agency shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.
3. The Defense Intelligence Agency shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.
4. The Sub-Department of Homeland Security shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024, with review of the necessity of its respective agencies.
5. The Federal Bureau of Investigation shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.
6. The Drug Enforcement Administration shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.
7. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.
8. The Bureau of Intelligence and Research shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.
9. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence shall be terminated effective December 31, 2024.

SECTION 3.

1. The President shall appoint a "Custodian of National Intelligence" to oversee the dismantling of the intelligence community, declassification of records, and provide a smooth transition.
2. The Custodian shall be in charge of the Temporary Bureau for Intelligence and retain no more than 10,000 employees, to continue only the most vital operations of the abolished agencies.

SECTION 4.

1. All records originating from these terminated organizations shall be declassified twenty years after creation, beginning January 1, 2025, for all files from 2004 and before. On January 1, 2026, all files from 2005 will be declassified, and so forth.
2. Should any legitimate objection be established to declassifying a particular file, the Custodian of National Intelligence may suppress release of said file with the approval of the President.
a. For the purposes of this bill, a "legitimate objection" shall consist of the reasonable belief that a living person's life may be in danger due to release of said records.

Palestinian Solidarity Act

SENATE BILL

to stand with the people of Palestine.

Be it enacted by the Senate of Atlasia assembled:

SECTION 1.

1.  This Act may be cited as the “Act of Solidarity with Palestine”.

SECTION 2. RESOLUTIONS

1. The Republic of Atlasia recognizes the right of the people of Palestine, including the West Bank, Gaza Strip, all the territories of the former Mandatory Palestine, and displaced persons worldwide, to exist in peace and return to their ancestral homes.
2. The Republic of Atlasia reaffirms its support for a peaceful solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict, putting emphasis on ethnic reconciliation.
3. Atlasia disavows the Israeli policy of constructing and maintaining settlements in the West Bank and any hypothetical settlements in the Gaza Strip and demands these settlements be dismantled at the earliest possible convenience.
4. Atlasia demands the full withdrawal of all Israeli military presence from the Palestinian territories, the abolition of all checkpoints within the West Bank, the free movement of civilians within the West Bank and in between the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and an immediate end to the blockade of Gaza.
5. Atlasia demands the government of Egypt end its participation in the blockade of Gaza, allowing normal movement in between Egypt and Gaza.

SECTION 3. ENFORCEMENT
1. All foreign and military aid to Israel is hereby suspended until Israel agrees to and abides by sections 2.3 and 2.4 of this Act.
2. All foreign and military aid to Egypt is hereby suspended until Egypt agrees to and abides by section 2.5 of this Act.
3. Clauses 1, 6, and 7 of the Stand with Israel Act are overturned.
4. Any relevant sections of the Supporting Israeli Security through Rearmament, Aeronautics, and Electronic Legitimacy Act which conflict with any provisions in this Act shall be superseded by the relevant provisions of this Act.

AN ACT
To withdraw from Guantanamo Bay

Be it enacted by the Senate of the Republic of Atlasia assembled

Section 1. Title

This legislation may be cited as the Guantanamo Bay Withdrawal Act.

Section 2. Content

1. The Republic of Atlasia revokes its claim on the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base following the completion of Section 2, Part 2.
2. The Republic of Atlasia shall extract all personnel and assets from Guantanamo Bay following this Act within a month.
3. The sovereignty of Cuba over Guantanamo Bay is hereby recognized by the Republic of Atlasia.

Section 3. Taking Effect
1. This Act shall take effect immediately following the passage of this bill.
2. This Act shall supersede the Guantanamo Bay Prison Closure Act and all related Acts relating to the ownership of Guantanamo Bay.
