Whereas, comedy is funny; and
Whereas, comedy is an excellent way to constructively critique society in an entertaining and insightful way; and
Wheres, comedy is a great way to unite a divided people; and
Whereas, Texas comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, in addition to being a hilarious comedian in his own right, has produced a weekly live comedy show featuring amateur comedians for the past several years, many of whom have had careers launched as a result;
Now therefore, by the powers and duties vested in me by the Constitution and laws of Atlasia, I hereby award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the following comedians:

D. Kam Patterson
E. David Lucas
F. Casey Rocket
