Whether or not co-sponsor advocacy is required, I just want to chime in and say the Vice-President is absolutely correct in his intentions for this bill – the basic problem, full stop, is that these crimes are not being reported on. We will be much better placed to tackle this problem with a concerted effort from local, state, regional, and federal authorities to collect the information from which we can then build proper policies to support our fellow Atlasians.
