Nobody, because what'll obviously happen is that Biden will violate the Constitution to have himself elected to a 3rd term, storming the Capitol with his Democratic legions on January 6th, 2029, but successfully, triggering civil war. Trump & the GOP will go to TX to build an army. The war will drag on, but eventually, Trump is defeated. He flees to Mexico, hoping to curry favor or even build an army capable of retaking the U.S., but he's assassinated by the locals. Biden, finished with eliminating the rest of the Republicans, will abolish the office of the presidency & have himself crowned Dictator-for-Life.
