An example of "Republicans" who do not support Trump or his policies are Mitt Romney, Jeff Flake, Lisa Murkowski and John Kasich.

If a Republican doesn't support Trump, they are a patriot.

If a Republican supports Trump, they are a traitor just like Trump.

Those who still support him?  Yes.

The man literally attempted a coup in January.  You can't still support him after that and also call yourself a patriotic American.

Well, not by definition, but the Republican Party has become a cult and is no longer associated with being conservative. Usually RINO is or was a term for moderate Rockefeller Republicans who aren't conservative enough. Trump is actually not a a true traditional conservative since they once supported small government, balanced budgets, free trade and NATO. Trump does neither, it's just a cult paired with nativism and anti-intellectualism while Trump was an useful idiot for some of McConnell and Ryan's agenda.

In the eyes of trump supporting idiots, yes.
They call them "RINOs" and other, worse descriptive terms.
Look what happened throughout the nation, where Republican after Republican was censured by their respective state Republican party board.

The party changed though so anyone who doesn't support MAGA policies is a RINO because the party no longer is that party.

Sort of by definition yeah. Trump/Trumpism is the Republican Party so if you oppose it you're a Republican In Name Only.

I consider Lisa Murkowski to be a RINO but not Chip Roy or even Mitt Romney.

For me, “loyalty to Trump” means bupkis in deference to policy and conservative values.

I would actually say yes since the Republican Party is a Trump personality cult at this point. If you don't support Trump you really shouldn't have a blue av..
