Would the GOP voters rally behind him for a fourth time in a row, after two consecutive losses?

Trump would be aged 82 at the time of the 2028 election. He is unlikely to still be alive and even if he was his probable state of health would make a Presidential race implausible.
No one in American history has been nominated for President by a major party four times in a row, except Franklin Roosevelt and he did have the advantages of being younger and winning each time.

Hard to say, but it's entirely possible.

What wouldn't matter is the size of defeat in 2024 because he'll never concede regardless of whether he loses by 10 electoral votes and three points or 150 electoral votes and seven points.

Anytime Trump us on the ballot is a jet plus for D's, D's only lost 2020 wave insurance seats due to Hunter Biden, while Biden was a candidate. Biden is popular now with his policies thanks to Stimulus and a blue wave can happen in next Election without VR

But, the idea of Trump ever coming back as Prez isn't likely since he is 46=9% Prez and every R and D Prez has achieved 50%

The answer is no

Generally it is hard for deceased people to win an election.

It will be very unlikely given his age, and low winning record.

He would need several things to happen. Trump would have to stay in good health, Joe Biden would probably have to get reelected (to establish that octogenarians can win elections to the presidency) and Trump would need to lose narrowly in a way that makes it seem to the base he's better than alternate candidates.

Probably not, though it's possible. (And I don't think there's any chance whatsoever that Trump wins in 2024, especially not after January 6 - maybe he wins the GOP nomination, but he almost certainly won't beat Biden. I not only think Biden will win but I predict that with Trump as the nominee Biden may expand his margin and possibly win NC as well.)

Yes.  That's how cults work.
