I am dumping this pair of articles here, in part because it is beyond the far horizon of my imagination as to just how an article on Big Apple politics, past and present, and family feuds among the SCOTUS "conservative" six pack, can be persuasively rationalized, even to myself,  as being appropriately folded into one topic, or even fit into the scope of the scope of jurisdiction of one Board.

In my old age, I sometimes value  good writing more than erudition or even accuracy for that matter. The story is the thing. I want to be entertained. I have only so much time left, and leave it to others to reshape the world.
