People who thought that Trump was Castro in 2016 but who stopped worrying once he was in office and turned out to be just an ineffectual crank who ran the security state like any other Republican.
They didn't think Trump was Castro from what I can tell- they thought he was offensive to Hispanics and the more culturally conservative Cubans/non cuban Hispanics didn't like his adultery and rhetoric. They didn't think he was Presidential. Hillary is also very popular amongst Hispanics and in South Florida. But once he got into office and the economy started taking off(nothing of Trump's doing but I digress) a lot of them warmed up to him and grew to regard his rhetoric as just political theatre that is actually entertaining. Trump's tough talk, over the top manner, and crazy statements are actually very similar to Cuban entertainers, talk show hosts, and Latin American politicians which explains some of his new found support with Hispanics.
