Haley/Rubio wins back some suburban voters in Arizona and NE-02, but don’t motivate the base and can’t juice enough turnout in the Rust Belt or Georgia.

Narrow win for Biden.

Nikki Haley or Kristi Noem don't stand a chance and I doubt Rubio would run with her and ruin his political capital
