I highly doubt Rubio could have lost the general in a year like 2010, but what would the margins have been like in these alternate scenarios?

1. Crist doesn't run and Meek is the Democratic nominee
2. Meek doesn't run and Crist, while calling himself an Independent, is the de facto Democratic nominee

Rubio v. Meek (Rubio wins, likely by low double digits).

Rubio v. Crist (This one is close, especially since Crist+Meek combined equals more than Rubio. But due to the national climate and Democratic voters staying home or passing on voting Rubio wins by a few hundred votes).
