1. This bill may be known as the Atlascare Speech and Language Therapy Act
2. Section 2, Subsection 2, Part a. of the "Reforming and Regionalizing Public Healthcare Act of 2017" shall be amended as follows:

  • Doctor and clinical lab services
  • Outpatient and preventive care

What's the reasoning behind splitting physical and occupational therapy up, and do either of those have any overlap with speech and language services? I'm not sure how much of Atlascare pertains to speech and language therapy and how much needs to be expanded/established under this bill.
