ELI5: Hindenburg alleges that DraftKings' merging partner, SBTech, has been using a shadow company (BTi/CoreTech) to illegally operate in several countries including Iran and throughout Asia. Also alleges that DraftKings/SBTech have connections to global "mobs", and participates in organized financial crime.
