I cannot visualize him winning a primary (for now), but he would be an excellent candidate in the general, be it for President or as the Vice honcho.

There’s plenty of GOP voters who would not show up if a black man was on the ticket

Well, Feinstein doesn't hug the black Senator from SC.

What are you trying to say? If you’re saying that just Feinstein is racist, then I don’t see how this is relevant since Feinstein alone doesn’t make up a large portion of the Democrat base

I find it unlikely that there are large numbers of people who wouldn't show up if a Black man is on the ticket. Tim Scott has already participated in elections in South Carolina as a black man and did not lose much support compared to other Reoublican candidates.

In fact, it seems he's done a good bit better (especially in 2016, after South Carolinians knew his race for two years, Tim Scott got nearly 100K more votes than Trump while his opponent got nearly 100K less votes than Clinton).

Will these people who take issue with Scott's racial background suddenly start coming out of the woodwork in the rare scenario in which he is nominated? Where would they come from? It's not South Carolina, that's for sure.

Also look at 2014, when Scott outperformed the very white Lindsey Graham by several points despite the former being an appointee who'd never run statewide and the latter being a two-term incumbent.

He never has anything to add other than off topic quips about the Dems that he thinks are witty.

No,case I said before like with Herschel Walker the only Conservative Afro American that Blacks look up to is Kayne West, but Whitmer could lose to Craig, but in a national election for Prez, Blacks aren't fooled by Tim Scott

We are in an Energy Crisis, and Cali Reservoirs are drying out Obama and Trump only continued oil drilling and we don't have a Green New Deal, Afro Americans aren't concerned about oil drilling because we aren't oil riggers like other races, it's a dangerous job just like Construction

Tim Scott has no chance simply because he isn't "Trumpy" enough. There are only 3 People right now who hold a Statewide Office who can run and be the Nominee if Trump doesn't run: Ron DeSantis, Gregg Abbott and Kristi Noem!
