We already know he isn't gonna come out and this was analyzed on MSNBC unless Rs sweep Congress and that's unlikely and he can say and I told you so, Trump isn't testifying before Eday

His questions aren't on regular ballots and 2000 wasn't on Regular ballots it was the counting in 2000 on dimpled chads if dimpled chads would have been counted Gore would have won that's why Lieberman came out and Gave a scorching rebuke of SCOTUs, because he was Jewish and he felt older Jewish Dimpled chads weren't count, the question 2022 was on provisions ballots or how the ballots were counted too many convicted voted or too many provisional ballots were counted in wrong precinct that's why he told the SOS in GA to find him 11K votes pick out some of the provisional ballots were counted that the Rs felt were in the wrong precinct but since Ds are expected to hold serve on the 303 blue wall and possibly wave insurance in the Sen he can't claim the Eday was stolen, he isn't gonna testify until the results are in after 22

These are the same provisions ballots 300 K that can put Barnes ahead of Johnson because they go overwhelmed D

This Eday is not looking good, they can salvage a 303, map but this was the yr they could of picked up 5 Senate races where it looked a month ago OH, FL and NC as well as WI and PA, this is what happens when you let Trump run around unindicted the Rs take credit for doing better on the economy, but they won't they said they are gonna put bills on Biden s desk making tax cuts permanent and budget shutdowns gonna loom because Biden is gonna veto those bills, and yes Student Loans are gonna go back in Jan and no more state stimulus checks

The H is gone in November, even MSNBC which isn't an R network is saying that Ds are gonna fair poorly just like they did when Rs was Plus 7 on GCB

I'm sorry, what the hell did I just read?!? The SS was giving security updates to the Oathkeepers?!?!?

This is beyond f***** up and smells like a God damn coup in the making, chapter 3,974.

Makes you wonder if this (at least one of the reasons) is why the Secret Service suddenly started deleting information from phones. What other embarrassing evidence is there (would have been found) ?

Obvious answer is obvious. Most people I represent who deleted email s when there was ongoing investigation would be charged with third degree felony tampering with evidence. Federal equivalent of such charges of course are even more serious. But these folks Got Away Scott free.

Gosh.  Which of Eastman's clients could that possibly involve?

Gosh.  Which of Eastman's clients could that possibly involve?

And here are the details:

Judge: Trump signed court document that knowingly included false voter fraud stats

Quote
Former President Donald Trump signed legal documents describing evidence of election fraud that he knew were false, a federal judge indicated on Wednesday.
...
“The emails show that President Trump knew that the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public. The Court finds that these emails are sufficiently related to and in furtherance of a conspiracy to defraud the United States.

I believe Benjamin Wittes might say...BOOM!

Graham has previously said he would appeal all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.  It's looking more necessary.

I don't care about GA but Trump can be indicted for defying a Supeona and it looks like Rs aren't gonna win the Senate in order for him to prove that Eday was stolen they said in order for Trump to testify he need an R sweep but he isn't gonna get one Trump being prosecuted first on Contempt of Congress will be the first step for an all out Prosecution

Slap on the wrist. Creates a dangerous precedent if people can ignore a congressional subpoena with little to no consequences.

Sen. Lindsey Graham asks the Supreme Court to block a subpoena from an Atlanta grand jury investigating 2020 election interference.

... The emergency request was filed with Justice Clarence Thomas, who oversees the 11th Circuit. Thomas is likely to refer the matter to the full court.

Is there any doubt that Clarence Thomas is going to make an issue of this, and bring this to the full court?

As I have always said it's gonna be very difficult not impossible to prosecute Trump because there wasn't many officials killed or kidnapped they can convict the MAGA people but getting to Trump is very difficult that's why no Orez has been indicted or Prosecuted because Nixon, Watergate, Reagan Iran Contra, Clinton Lewinsky, Bush W with Iraq War and Trump with Russia Espionage never directly involved killing if another person

We still have a Republican FBI agent at the helm and Republicans in the Crts to protect TRUMP

Yep -when the MAGAT-dominated Republican House start issuing subpoenas, Biden admin officials will now know they could safely ignore them.

4 months out of a maximum 6 is hardly a slap on the wrist period though the 6,500 financial sanction was relatively light compared to the 200,000 being asked for by the government.

I think it's a good sentence give it's actually a misdemeanor but I was really hoping for the max jail given the magnitude of the proceedings and his level of defiance. And he should have gotten the max fine since he refused to participate in the financial review.

It's really something how much of a coward Lindsay Graham is. He is absolutely terrified of testifying. If republicans follow through on their threat to kick out some democrats from the House if/when they take control next year, if democrats still control the Senate they should kick out Graham, Mike Lee and Ron Johnson if he survives. Any Senator who was involved in trying to steal the election has no goddamn right to be there. They should be in jail.

Don't overreact.  This kind of stay would have been granted regardless of which justice received it, and it doesn't mean much.

Dems have just ten weeks left to even carry out the investigations in the first place, my bet is the courts simply keep delaying until the GOP takes over in January

Huh?  This is about the Fulton County investigation.  That won't be affected if the House changes party control.
