Amenhotep Bakari-Sellers:
I am not downplaying what Trump did but all of the Defendents got convicted of Mob Action in law school that's a misdemeanor that carries up to 2 yrs imprisonment someone of Trump statue he is innocent until proven guilty on everything else of felony and the Govt isn't gonna get Trump on Mob Action that's too low of a sentence it's gonna be hard to prove a felony that's why GA Prosecution hasn't charged Trump it takes a lot to prove a felony, but Trump is guilty of Mob Action, and he can get as little as probation or up to 1 yr home confinement which is nothing, that's a waste of govt resources Mob Action many BLK protesters get convicted all the time of Mob Action

Rev Barber and Jesse Jackson were guilty of Mob Action protesting Sinema on Voting Rights and they were let out of prison that's how you know DOJ doesn't care about Mob Action

Speaking of Scott Perry...

FBI delivers subpoenas to several Pa. Republican lawmakers

At least some of the individuals receiving subpoenas were told they were not targets of an investigation, according to at least six sources reached by PennLive, but that they may have information of interest to the FBI. All of the sources had been briefed on the investigative moves in some way, but demanded anonymity in order to discuss them.

The information being requested centered around U.S. Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa., and the effort to seek alternate electors as part of former President Donald Trump’s efforts to remain in office after the 2020 election, several sources said.

I can foresee very ugly congressional hearings for Chris Wray should the GOP retake the House. Perhaps they even attempt to impeach him.

pbrower2a:
Representative Scott Perry could be only the first of several. It's hard to imagine a more inconvenient time for this scandal to break for the GOP, less than three months before the general election.

Nobody says that law enforcement has any obligation to operate on a convenient schedule for an alleged offender.

The 'alternative electors' were not simply a sick joke. They were the objective, and they are connected to the Capitol Putsch.

I spent the winter writing songs about getting better:

Good thing this POS won't be a cop again.
