It depends entirely on how it's redrawn.

No, it's gone for the GOP, especially if Trump runs. If someone mainstream like Haley runs, she may have a small chance of flipping it back to the GOP, but Trump will definitely lose. NE-02 voted for Biden by 6%. Any generic Republican would be very hard-pressed to flip it. With Trump, it will definitely vote blue and the Democratic margin may well expand. However, Ferguson97 is right, that the GOP could renumber the Omaha district and make it NE-01 or NE-03. Or, worse, they could gerrymander Omaha and split it into two districts to dilute its power and keep all 5 of NE's electoral votes in the GOP column.

Only if it’s redrawn, otherwise no. And that goes for all republicans as well.

If it stays similar to last year in terms of the population in the district, no it isn't winnable. If anything, it probably swings further to Biden. Non-incumbent Trump isn't going to be able to make up an 8-pt swing in a CD that has extremely favorable demographics to Biden.

No, Trump has a 46=9% Approval rating how would he do better than what he did and every poll has him trailing Biden and Harris, Trump never had a 50% Approval and he keeps saying Election was stolen, not if you don't get 50%, every R PREZ before Trump has had a 50% Approval, except Trump and certainly every D, why do Rs think Trump can win again

IF TRUMP GETS IN OFFICE AGAIN, IF WE DONT GET DC AND PR STATEHOOD AFTER 2022/ WE WOULD HAVE IN 2026 THAT MUDTERN WILL BE SO BAD FOR Rs

ALL THE VULNERABLE RS THAT DIDN'T LOSE IN 2020 ERNST, TILLIS, COLLINS WOULD ALL LOSE IN 2026
