I still think it would be higher than normal because of how accessible voting was due to Covid. If Kasich was the incumbent and responded to Covid competently I think he wins big. That’s about the only scenario where I’d vote R for president and D the rest of the way down the ballot.

Kasich's competent response to the pandemic would probably result in an average turnout election with him winning re-election.
