It seemed to be a pretty effective message in 2016 while neither he nor Hillary talked about healthcare much in 2016.

A lot of Hispanics would rather be a Wall Street banker than a worker in an industrial unionized job. They came to this country to provide for their families, and working for someone else in a blue-collar job was not their absolute first choice.

No. The time for an anti-establishment candidate was 2016. But Trump proved to be an absolute disaster, so people went with a safer pick in Biden.
