1. The title of this bill shall be called the "Atlasian Flag Act of 2021"

Pretty simple. This flag won the national referendum this past weekend (as a Condorcet winner, winning in a head-to-head against each of the other options), making it the clear choice of the Atlasian people to be our next national flag. I urge a quick passage.

I don't think there's much else to say here. The people made their choice and it's now the job of Congress to adopt it.
