I’d be worried that teachers/staff aren’t included in Section 1.5.

I tend to naturally defer to schools and school boards making decisions around this (while naturally needing oversight and limits) But I come from a very different educational culture

I agree, this is not exactly something that seems to be adding to a culture of education, but it seems to have had a lot of support in the other chamber.
