The poll can be found on the first page of their blog, which has a write-up on the significance of what they tested. They first polled these people without titles, then repeated the poll with titles for the candidates.

March 8-12
690 registered voters
MoE: 3.7%

This poll appears to ask the entire electorate about the Republican primary - at least, that's what the graphic would indicate. Voters were asked who "they would most likely vote for."

Without Titles
Andy Biggs 27%
Major General Michael McGuire 3%
Kirk Adams 2%
Blake Masters 2%
Unsure 67%

With Titles
US Congressman from Arizona Andy Biggs 26% (-1)
Head of the Arizona National Guard Major General Michael McGuire 10% (+7)
Former Speak of the Arizona House of Representatives Kirk Adams 6% (+4)
CEO of Thiel Capital Blake Masters 2% (n/c)
Unsure 56% (-11)
