The state is still abuzz with a solution to the property tax issue. The first thing I would do is establish a coalition of state congressman to help push my progressive income tax plan to counter the new 50/50 income--sales tax plan intro'd last week.

For PA:

Priority #1: A bill similar to the Maryland Wal-Mart one.

Priority #2: One handgun per month.  Philly has too many problems and our state is callous towards us.

Priority #3:  I'd co-sponsor Brenadan Boyle's Hope Scholarship proposal

Priority #4:  Repeal all but the partial-birth clause of the PA Abortion Control Act.
