Sure.  But be warned that excessively recycled ads and speeches (in later stages) can lose points for quality.

Joe, how much time do we have? Is it 60 hours plus leftover Iowa time, just 60 hours, or something completely different?

How long do we have to answer for the debates? I really don't feel like writing all this up tonight, I'm having writers block of a sort and I'm pretty tired.

For the Republican debates, you have till Sunday evening to respond.  Since I have to go out of town on short notice, I posted all the questions for the debates on the debate thread for you to answer.  You will have a total of 7 questions to answer:  5 generic questions, 1 personal question, and 1 question asked to you by one of your challengers.

No, you only get to run three ads per state, period.  So you can re-run an old ad if you want, but it'll still take up the space of an ad anyway.

[quote]

Ad 1 (NH)-"Live Free or Die"

*Ad opens with sweeping panoramic views of New Hampshire's Mountains, Lakes, Fades into pictures of sleepy New Hampshire towns and then into community shots throughout the ad...warm soft music plays in background...*

Arage voiceover

"Live Free or Die"...to me there can be no better state motto which expresses its citizens' desire for freedom.

Freedom from excessive taxation, from burdensome regulation, and intrusive "We know things better than you do" government.

I'm Richard G. Arage, and I believe in these principles. If you agree with me, I ask you to choose freedom and vote for me in the New Hampshire Republican Primary.

*shots of parks, towns and people fades into a still shot of a New Hampshire License Plate...it reads...

"FREEDOM"

Ad fades to black*

I'm Richard G. Arage, and I authorized this message because I believe in freedom.

Hey, one question?  Does the campaign organization we establish in a state in the primaries last, in any capacity, into the general election?  I think that you should get some sort of bonus in a state in the general for already having a strong organization in that state.

Say, if you have a Level 1, you get no bonus.  A level 2 starts you out with a Level one already paid for in the general.  A level 3 starts you out with, say, 1 1/2, in terms of cost.

See what I am getting at?

That would be esspecially usful in deciding a VP, BTW... not that I am playing for that, but guys who had stronger campaigns in certain states than you could boost the ticket.

Hmmm... even better, you could have the Pres. Candidates go on a whole number bonus, then half a number for each level the VP had.

Doesn't sound like a bad idea at all.  I'll add it to the list of ideas I'll need to work on. Wink  Thanks, Super! Grin

Level 1 organization
50 hours campaigning

I'm going to have to save for OK and SC, so I'll be relying mostly on my Iowa momentum and my debate performance for this one.
